What to do about pimples after Soprano ice laser hair removal?

Hi, I need some expert advise. I have recently had my first ever session of laser hair removal on my face using the new painless laser- Soprano Ice. For about 2 weeks now i have noticed small little tiny pimples over my face, they are very tiny and other people can't see them unless they come close. I have never had a problem with acne or spots. I am actually freaking out what is the best thing to do? Is this normal and will this eventually go or get worse?

The laser can destroy problematic follicles. Although initially it may patchy with reported treatments there will be less and less re growth.
