Roller coasters after Otoplasty?

I would recommend checking with your surgeon in regards to your activity after otoplasty. Your surgeon has the most information about you and your procedure, and thus can give you the best advice.  In general, if there is no direct pressure on the ears from ride, I do not think there should be any problem riding a roller coaster a month after otoplasty.  

will vary from surgeon to surgeon and it is always best to get your surgeon's protocols since he/she will be the one dealing with any issues should they arise from resumption of activities.  At 4 weeks out, my patients would be allowed to do as they pleased as long as they heads were not banging around during the ride as impacts to the ear could certainly damage something.
