If some Juvederm Volift migrates right under eye, what's the worst that could happen?

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear of your symptoms.  It would be difficult for Voluma to have migrated under your eye area after injection into the mid cheek and NL folds as it is a very thick gel.  In order to best determine what may be taking place I would recommend seeing if a board certified plastic surgeon would be willing to see you in consultation to determine what the lower eyelid mass is. 

Bruising, swelling, sometimes discoloration, lumps, and bumps are normal side effects assuming proper injection. They will be gone in a matter of days. If it continues to feel uncomfortable, consult your doctor to get a complete assessment. It may or may not be due to the filler. Either way, make sure to get a full assessment.

hyaluronic acid filler designed to enhance the appearance of wrinkles and folds
on the face. I recommend that people find physicians which they can regularly see. We have our patients return 2 weeks after a treatment to assess results. At that point correction can be made. If hyaluronic acid products such as Vollure (Volift) are placed in the wrong area or migrate to areas where they were not intended to be placed they can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Please
