I am a 37 year old woman who has struggled with hormonal acne for the last 3 years. My dermatologist prescribed 50 mg of Spiralactone. I was on Spiralactone for 4 months when I began experiencing vaginal dryness. I also experienced late and light periods (I’m on the pill and have never experienced this). Is it possible Spiralactone is causing this issue?
