Its as if i just got surgery all over again
Answer: Normal... Some soreness is normal, but perhaps you're being too vigorous with your massages. I tell patients more time less pressure. You're not going to stretch any faster by putting more pressure you'll just get sore. Consider using Arnica cream and this will help to make you less sore. Here's a good postop link below. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Is it normal to feel soreness and as if the implant is moving around , after massaging the breast at my two week post op point? Congratulations on your recent surgery. What you are describing sounds like the normal healing process. It's normal for soreness to occur for the first few weeks after surgery. The sensation of the implants moving is more noticeable early on, before the around the implant formed. Make sure to follow the recommendations of your surgeon. Congratulations again.

Answer: Breast Augmentation Recovery Congratulations on your breast implant surgery. What you are describing sounds on par. Your body is simply going thru the healing process at this point. It is not uncommon to have the sensations that your are experiencing. It usually takes about 4-6 months before the implant feels part of you and you stop having the feelings you are getting.Hope that helps.

Answer: Massaging Implants At 2-3 weeks after surgery, you are still early in your recovery. Although massaging the implants early is a good idea, you should not be so aggressive as to cause pain. Use your own judgement. As your recovery progresses you will be able to be more aggressive. As far as the implant moving, that is normal. You will have many different sensations since they are new to your body and the surgery was recent. Be patient and they will settle down in time and feel more like a part of your body.
