I have an incisal gap. My dentist is content with my results so she doesn't want to do anything else. Is there anything I can do

Without pics, I can't advise you very well. I will say this that with invisalign and for that matter with all orthodontics achieving small areas of detail is very hard to do. Sometimes, you have to either accept a small imperfection or look to bonding or other restorative options to really achieve that smile that you want.

If you have followed your dentists recommendations and worn your aligners as prescribed, the case should not be finished until the patient, you, is happy. You should express that you want additional refinements to close the gap to your liking.Doug Jopling, DDS

A photo would be very helpful in order to give you good advice.  Would need to know which tooth has the incisal gap, upper or lower?  When you say incisal gap, do you mean that the incisal edge is shorter than the other teeth, or that there is a space between your upper and lower teeth?  Sometimes invisalign or orthodontics cannot get perfect results, and we have to resort to other treatment methodologies to get the final result that the patient wants.  One solution could possibly be to build up the incisal gap with composite bonding.  This is a quick, easy, inexpensive procedure that allows us to finish cases to a much better result than we can achieve with orthodontics or invisalign alone.  This might be applicable to your case.  If you would post photos, I could give you more accurate advice.
