I am of south East Asian descent and had nose revision surgery about 5 years ago in the Phillipines which involved inserting a gortex implant to create a bridge and alarplasty to reduce the width of my nostrils. The scars from the alarplasty have worsened over time and I’m wondering if fraxel is the right / only treatment to reduce the scars? I have received about 6 treatments over a period of 2 years.
