I herniated my disc in 2019 and have been visiting a spine surgeon over the years. Currently, in 2022, my herniation has mostly resorbed but my disc remains degenerated. Unfortunately I still have pain in my back and legs. The surgeons are suggesting I wait, and over time my back should stabilize and the pain should subside. My dermatologist has also suggested accutane to help treat my body acne. Would this be a bad idea with my disc injury. I think it could take years to stabilize
