I did a tricho test but it was outsourced, so I feel I couldn't describe my situation. I have been under major stress for the past 6 months and recently noticed heavy hair shedding. My hairline looks to be thinning. The crazy thing just 3 months ago my hairline was normal. Looking at my photos it seems I have a loss of hair but to me it seems like upright growth vs miniaturization of the follicles. Again I have been heavily shedding for 2 months. I have also had covid mild right before the shed

Alopecia traction and Telogen Effluvium can both lead to reversible hair loss. The regrowth of your hair will be permanent as long as none of the causes is present.You should be able to get advice on this from the doctor who made the diagnosis.
