I have had one child, but my nipples sag and my breasts do not, I do not want implants even though my breasts are small. I would like to breastfeed in the future but not for a few years. Maybe derma rolling or may make it worse? Is there anything that can be done? Surgery or not but to maintain breastfeeding ability?
