Is this normal for 19 days post beard transplant? Worried about red spots. (photos)

I had a beard transplant done 19days ago. I did a lot of research here on Realself and ended up doing it at a highly rated clinic in Istanbul. It was a 2000 graft procedure. The problem is have is that I cannot reach the Doctor at all and i am very worried about the appearance of the red spots (folliculitis?) as well as some of the raised bumps? I would just like to find out if this is a normal appearance after 19days or if i should start taking steps to rectify it and if so what can I do?

Unfortunately you may have had excessive extractions from that area or you could have shockloss. Definitely call the surgeon.

17 days is still very early on in the post op phase. It looks like you've lost your scabs and I am not able to appreciate any redness which are good signs. Visible scar is because of implantation technique. Grafts may be improperly  implanted and burried in to  skin .If you  are not satisfy with  result of your first operation, would better to check those parameters and think about to plan a second HT to increase the density and hide the scar .
