I had an upper bleph two weeks ago and have medial canthus webbing. Will this resolve without surgery? (photos)

The blepharoplasty incisions have been extended far too medially. Although I am sure that there must be a good reason for extending, this would represent an unorthodox approach. Unfortunately, Linear scars into the medial canthus often form webs. I have no doubt that this will get better to a degree. The question is how much. 
I am afraid that you will have to stick to massage for the next 3-4 months before you know how it will settle. It is possible to perform revision surgery on these webs, but this is  technically difficult and you will need to ensure that you see a highly experienced oculoplastic surgeon.

I am afraid the scar webbing usually gets worse over 3 months. Steroid or other scar medication injections and massaging is useful to reduce the web scar formation. At 3 months or later, you may consider revision eyelid surgery with epicanthoplasty, scar revision. See following link for some examples.
