I had MOHS 1 week ago on my lower leg above the ankle. My skin is thin due to sun and age(70) . Weeping is clear, but pretty steady. Just need to know if this is normal and should I change any thing other than dressing with Vaseline and keeping it covered?

This is not the usual appearance of a reconstruction with a graft. Did the graft heal? did you need dressings? Best to get this checked out by your PS.

It depends a little on the pathology and the site of surgery. Certainly if the pathology shows aggressive features MOHS surgery would be recommended. Deep margin incomplete excision is a concern and much more of a concern than incomplete excision at the superficial margin. Maybe clarify where ...
