Does NuEra work to tighten saggy facial skin?

I've tried thermage and had no results. I am 42 years old, but I experienced accelerated aging. So I'm looking for my skin to be lifted and tighter, giving it a slimmer look...I had my buccal fat pads removed

thermage WORKS its all about expectations. it DOESNT reverse it just slows things down. so this is something you do early regardless to keep your aging slower. if you want REVERSAL you need an early facelift and if you dont want surgery then start morpheus every 2 months, threads twice a year, and fillers/sculptra. you need a comprehensive consultation.

at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly, see link) should be started now to prevent further aging.

For facial rejuvenation,  I would suggest a combination approach of 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

•	Thermage, the first radio-frequency device for shrinking skin was introduced in 2002. It, initiated an evolution of devices to achieve rejuvenation’s “holy grail”, skin tightening. Now, 20 years later, I am still not overwhelmed with any of the externally applied skin tightening options. I explored NuEra, and it appears similar to a multi-polar RF device by Thermi in the past; I was not awed. 
•	Sub-dermal, minimally invasive RF options such as Bodytite and ThermiTight have worked in my hands providing up to a 30% improvement in the area treated.
•	Removal of the buccal fat may have reduced enough cheek volume to increase the sagging in the cheeks and jowls. If you desire a non-surgical lift, consider the evolving options of PDO suspension thread lifts such as: EuroThread, Silhouette InstaLift, Les Encres and others. They will also stimulate tightening as does Sculptra.
