Does Infini work for vertical lip lines?

These lines can be improved with a combination of botox, fillers, lasers and microneedling/prp. RF treatments and ultherapy can help with skin tightening. Infini is a popular treatment, but I prefer Intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. We  have found that the combination of infini and fractionated CO2 performs better than infinii alone for upper lip lines. The infini is used at a deep setting to  improve the lip volume. The fractionated CO2 is utilized more superficially with a medium density. PRP is injected and applied topically to enhance healing.Good luck.

Vertical lip lines are a common complaint, even for non-smoker's.  Since the area is so mobile, it may take a combination of Infini, CO2 and fillers correct any lip lines you have.  It depends on the severity of the lines.  Keep in mind that with Infini, you may need more than one treatment to reach your aesthetic goals.  Botox also works well to eliminate vertical line lines. 

Smokers lines are the hardest wrinkles to treat because it is a very mobile area. There is often a volume loss in the ergotrid that needs to be replaced with fillers. Infini will help these lines but it needs 3-4 treatments and possibly combine with a fractional laser. I treat at deep and shallow passes with the Infini. Soon we will have the Genius to give better treatments than Infini. We have been doing FDA trails with the Genius and it will be approved in late Nov 2018.

To simplify lines, then can be static, dynamic and a combination of both static and dynamic in nature. Real time assessment is needed to give bespoke treatment combinations. In most cases there is an element of both static and dynamic lines. I prefer fully ablative laser over Infini RF. Why? Lasers only require ONE treatment session, over Infini- RF microneedling. Residual dynamic wrinkles easily addressed with low viscosity HA fillers or dilute Radiesse. Low dose Botox is also an option.
