Two weeks after the surgery your nose should be reasonable well healed. A very modest intake of alcohol can normally be taken at this point. We are talking 1 - 2 beers and 1 shot of vodka type liqueur should not affect the healing at this point.
The best thing to do is follow the instructions of your surgeon. I don’t have any issues with patients drinking alcohol two weeks after surgery. Just remember that your nose is still healing and fragile. Don’t drink too much and smash your nose into something which would be most unfortunate, but happens even to some patients who are not drinking. I wish you the best. Cheers, Dr. Ardeshirpour
