it’s not shown in the pics quite well but i noticed that i can’t properly brush/clean my 2nd molars (teeth nearest surgical site) because my inner cheeks seem to be covering the lower side too much. im concerned because i used an interdental to reach those areas & saw faint red streaks on the brush (blood). is it probably just still swelling a bit at this point? was it sutured too tight? (sorry for the cavities, i'll try to get them filled when im fully healed from the wisdom teeth extraction)

While this could be totally normal, it’s a bit hard to determine if everything is healing ok based just on what you are feeling, without being able to look.

Generally, dry socket can develop within 5 to 7 days of wisdom tooth removal and pain may worsen up by 8th day or so. Your symptoms do not sound like that of dry socket as that will elicit severe pain.The white color observed can be slough.
