The really important thing is to be at a maintainable goal weight. This is what will help ensure the best results. If you haven't already, schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be assessed in person and discuss your best options. Hope this helps.

I know how frustrating and scary it is to not see your desired results immediately, but given that face that this is revision surgery, you really need to give yourself at least 3 months before passing judgement. My guess is that this is swelling and will resolve. Best of luck.
