Thank you for your question. You are only 13 days post surgery, so it may be a little early to expect the final result.In most cases, it is okay to start exercise about 6 weeks post surgery. But every surgeon has a different protocol and it is best practice to follow your surgeon's post operative instructions.

13 days post op is really too soon to judge your results. You are still swollen. Wait another month and you should have a better idea. Every surgeon has a different post op protocol, but, in general, I advise my patients to wait 6 weeks before returning to vigorous exercise. Hope this helps.

I don't believe pseudogynecomastia exists. I have rarely come across a gynecomastia that was made up of fat alone. There is always some gland/fibrous tissue beneath the areolas that must be removed or you will find fullness present with puffy nipples. This term does nothing but confuse people and offer them some hope that if they have a fatty chest all they need to do is lose weight and it goes away. This simply doesn't happen this way in real life.
