I would like to know if it is possible to cut off the droopy skin underneath the buttocks instead of placing the scar above it. or if it is possible to place the scars between the cheeks? please let me know.

Answer: Buttock Iift
Over the years many incisions has been advocated for buttock lift. In the buttock crease as you mentioned, obliquely across th buttocks and lately on the upper part of the buttocks.
It can be done, it all depend on where you want your scar to be, and which one can be easily covered with your swim suit.

Answer: Butt Lift through an infra-gluteal scar?
Yes, that's the way we did them 40 years ago but changed because it flattens the buttocks. It's much better to have the scar across the upper central buttocks so it's hidden in a bikini and the part that would be removed can be rolled up and saved as an auto-implant to give better fullness.
