Does Forma cause fat loss on face?

I’m 53 and weigh 110lb . I’m going to be getting Forma face tightening , but I’ve read reviews of women loosing fat loss, volume loss. This is scaring me off a little when it sounds like it does the opposite on some women. Any advice would be great.

Forma should not cause any fat or volume loss, in fact, with a series of treatments you can expect an increase in neocollagenesis (collagen repair/new collagen production), which leads to a more plumped/tightened appearance of the skin.
