Bulge under eye from overcompensating muscles after botox - how can I treat this? (Photo)

I've been doing botox for a number of years - in the eye area it is mainly the 11s I treat. I don't tend to have horizontal wrinkles or crows feet. I've noticed in the past year or so that I have a bulge under the eye. It's only there when I smile. (I've never had filler) Is this due to my muscles in that area overcompensating? And how do I treat it?
