Pain when chewing hard food (carrots,nuts) one week after crown....one month after root canal.

 I grind my teeth at noc. I had very deep cavity requiring antibiotic prior to root canal in my far left bottom molar. I had root canal one month ago. I had crown put in last week. I felt fine until ye is happening? yesterday. Very deep aching/zinging type pain when I try to chew anything hard like a carrot or almond. Reminds me of before the root canal.
