One month after wisdom tooth removal still cannot open mouth fully. Am I dealing with permanent damage? (photos)

It's been a little over a month since I had my three wisdom teeth removed. Two on top and one lower, but all were impacted. I still can't open my jaw fully, about 2 finger widths if I try to force it there is a really sharp tight pain on the upper corners of my jaw. I'm wondering if I may be dealing with permanent damage? Also I was wondering if it's normal for them to cut open your bottom lip. They cut mine and it is now a scar.
