I was fortunate enough to stumble on a free dental implant program in San Diego CA, I was eligible for the program due to severe gum disease and severe bone lost as well, the implants were placed on 6/06/17, all my remaining upper teeth were extracted and four implants were placed, I assume all-on-four, I recently discovered implant # 6 has failed in needs to be removed, I can't afford to go to San Diego right now so I need to have the Implant removed in Illinois where I live before my general dentist will complete my temporary dentures, he started on them but due to the failed implant the completion of my dentures has been put on halt. I haven't had any upper teeth since the implants has been placed, I need to know at least the round about cost of the implant removal so that I can finally have some form of upper teeth.
