I want to correct ptosis in my right eye, but had a question about facial aesthetics. For some reason, I much prefer the look of my eye with ptosis as opposed to without. I attached a side by side for comparison. I find I look more feminine in the right half of my face whereas I look less appealing in the left half. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this due to more UEE with the ptosis? If so, would a brow lift combined with ptosis correction give me the result I'm looking for?
