Middle meatus issues, can this be due to build up of adhesions in the middle meatus and inflammatory response?

Post FESS, Septoplasty, Middle Turbinate resection: dry nose with know regular sensation of mucous flow. Exam shows inflammatory response in the middle meatus as well as scattered adhesions. Can no longer tolerate changes in outdoor indoor temperatures. Can this be due to build up of adhesions in the middle meatus and inflammatory response?

1 year post op- Septorhinoplasty MRI shows I have an obstructed nasal cavity, if I get it corrected will the headaches go away?

During rhinoplasty to make the nose smaller, if the septum is not corrected well, breathing obstruction and subsequent headaches can worson. An MRI scan often overreads the nasal cavity. A good exam will tell you if more surgery will help. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
