Is there any help for Lipedema surgery? (Photo)

I am a mom of 4 kids and I am 44 years old. I work full time as a SPED Paraeducator so I am always on my feet. I have pretty severe lipedema which now is becoming lympholipedema. The pain and swelling in my legs is constant and is getting worse. I am scared of losing the use of my legs. The adipose fat is on top of my knees and it is painful. I need surgery desperately. Is there any doctor who will please help me?!

It is impossible to tell if you have lipedema from just photos. It would be irresponsible to say for sure, but some will say so anyway. To diagnose lipedema accurately, other look-a-like diagnoses should be ruled out, and a thorough physical exam that looks for specific signs seen in lipidemia...
