Do I really need to use tretinoin to delay fine lines? Would microneedling help?

Hi @Munchlax! Retinoids are Vitamin A derivatives which means they help play a key roll in helping cells regenerate. Retinoids help decrease inflammation, unclog pores, and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. If you are having sensitivity, I recommend using over the counter retinol like Paula's Choice, Cerave, etc. I recommend using a pea sized amount 2 x a week and increasing number of times per week as tolerated. Microneedling with RF is a great option for skin tightening, collagen formation, and fat melting if desired. I recommend 3 sessions of RF microneedling 1 month apart. I hope this was helpful!

If you find the Retin-A to aggressive you can mix with a good moisturizer and perhaps only use every 3 days. Yes micro needling with help, lasers and serums as well.
