Teeth are starting to stick out, was wondering if there were any options to correct problem without braces? (Photos)

I had braces taken off 2 years ago never wore the retainer like I should I noticed two front teeth are starting to stick out more then the others is there any options like maybe a special retainer I'm using a clear aligner right now and I feel like it isn't helping

If you do nothing, the risks are that your teeth will be very hard to clean and eventually gum disease will develop. You should see an orthodontist as full braces will be required. Hard to tell how long your treatment will last because you have a complicated case. As for as fees without xrays it...
