There is too much space between the tooth and the inside of the Invisalign tray. There also should be an attachment on that tooth for it to work properly. I would see your Orthodontist to address this. You may need to do a "refinement" of the Invisalign treatment in order to re-gain a good fit on that tooth.
This is not good. In order for your aligners to properly move that tooth, the fit should be perfect. The fault is either you are not wearing your aligners religiously, each and every day , or do to a defect in your aligner fabrication. in either event, see your orthodontist asap.
