I'm 50 years old, 5'6" and 130lbs, and a gym rat. I used to weigh 10 lbs less prior to covid. However, I'm post-menopausal and any weight I gain is not going away from anything I do at the gym. I had one treatment (8 squares) of Sculpsure on my abdomen and flanks and am looking to lose a little more weight from my waistline, lower abdomen, and a little from my flanks. My concerns: I do not want to be any boxier and I read conflicting stories about needing to maintain Emsculpt Neo.
