I had laser hair removal on my legs last Thursday. So it is exactly a week today. I'm still having these feelings of pins & needles, and some burning up the leg. It feels like it is getting better, but I still have them. How long does the skin take to heal? What would assist in this healing process? And is it better to wait longer than 8 weeks for my next session, to prevent any markings on the legs? Thank you doctors. This website is very helpful!

These appear to be the ends of the hair that is charred. These are of no concern. They can be shaved off. They appeared because they might have been below the level of the skin before and are now being pushed up from the follicle as the hair is extruding.
