Is it normal to have feelings of pin pricks & needles, and feelings of burning up the leg after a week of Laser Hair Removal?

Sensations
of pin pricks, needles, and burning are not normal symptoms after
having laser hair removal. I would return to the practitioner who
performed your laser procedure to discuss why this may be happening.
Many people develop a folliculitis (acne like erruption) after laser
hair removal that usually goes away in a couple of days, but you should
not have any excessive burning, blisters or marks. All of these signs
can lead to temporary or even permanent skin discoloration
and are an indication that these laser settings are not appropriate for
you. The reason for waiting 8 weeks between each of your laser
treatments has more to do with treating the hair follicles at a certain
phase of growth so that the laser procedure will be
effective.

What you are describing is , definitely, rarely experienced after Laser hair removal. Is it everywhere that had hairs removed? Please check with your dermatologist to make sure there is no inflammation of the skin. I would wait for the 8 weeks, & make sure all is normal before the second session.
