It’s two weeks op now and I’ve noticed since getting the splints removed that my septum is still deviated completely blocking my right nostril as it was before. Worried i wasted my time and pretty fustrated about it. It can’t be swelling because I can feel the curve and clearly can see it. I don’t have easy contact with my surgeon as it was done publicly, so have come here for any assistance. Thanks

Hello, thank you for the question and provided information. You have not mentioned about when were you operated, if havent completed at least year after operation you have edema and swelling as a part of your healing, the way it looks might be due to swelling. Best Regards,
Hello, thank you for your question and information, since you are in your early healing phase. You have edema and swelling as the process requires you need to wait at least one year to totaly hear, for now it would be better to follow up you Doctor and given instructions.Kind Regards,
