I am a 60 year old female. I planned to have laser treatment on my face to treat wrinkles. Recently I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and denosumab recommended as a treatment. My question is can I have laser resurfacing for my face once I start taking the osteoporosis treatment.

Medication for osteoporosis won't effect your skin in any significant way, so it is safe to have a laser resurfacing for wrinkle reduction. I personally prefer the Halo laser for mild wrinkles and the full field erbium laser for deep wrinkles.
