Removed in one of them [I have one left in the other]. I'm a size 30DDD and 115 pounds. My body is very uncomfortable with breasts this large for my frame and I'd like to get a reduction, but I'm not sure if I'd have to get the remaining benign fibroadenoma removed first in a separate surgery. Obviously I'm going to need to consult. But I'd probably be removing a lot of tissue in the first place.
