I'm 3 weeks post op breast reduction. I have a "hole" in one of my breasts and am placed on a wound vac. Will it heal? (Photo)

I had breast reduction surgery exactly 3 weeks ago. This "hole" has since occurred and yesterday my PS sent me home on a wound vac. He thinks it will be approximately 2 weeks and it will close. I am very nervous that it won't and that I will need a skin graft or more surgery. How bad does this really look? Will it heal?

You have what is known as suture granulomas. They have to be removed. Return to see your plastic surgeon. He/she will take care of this.
