During a breast reduction, can cyst removal be done while taking out breast tissue? (photo)

Thank you for your question. It is possible to modify and tailor the surgical technique to remove specific parts of the glandular tissue of the breast in patients who have the correct indication. a cyst can be removed during breast reduction surgery. I recommend a new technique called The

Thank you for the question and picture.  Based on your picture,  you may be an excellent candidate for breast reduction/lifting surgery. Whether or not the cysts can be removed  during breast reduction surgery will depend on their location and the ability of the plastic surgeon to locate them during surgery. Many patients have “several cysts” throughout the breasts;  some of these are removed during surgery, some are not. You will be able to obtain more specific advice during in person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
