Hi . I am 34 years old ,1.61 tall and my weight is 59 kilos. I would appreciate if a doctor could advise me if i need a breast lift or a breast augmentation. My goal is to weigh 57 on my operation day but after that i would love to loose 5more kilos. In case i wnt have a lift but just implants will 5 kilos change dramatically my breast?. Also whats your opinion about round textured implants with the dual plane method for me? Am i a candidate for snoopy deformity if i do that? Thank you in advance
Answer: Breast lift You're breasts look nice the way they are. Some surgeons Indic measurements need to be done to determine if you need a lift. Then you have to consider if it's worth the scars

Answer: Breasts Measurements are needed to see if a lift is needed. If you are happy with your size, then avoid implants. If you want larger breasts, then get implants. You are a nice size now. I prefer smooth round implants placed behind the muscle for better long term results and less risks.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast augmentation Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation if you wish to increase your breast volume and projection. I don’t think that you need a lift. An in person evaluation is always better than photos. Your plastic surgeon will be able to guide you appropriately. I hope this helps.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. Round smooth implants look the same I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author.
