Additionally, there is a high risk that the migrated silicone may become infected during the liposuction procedure. Additionally, laser tightening can cause burns to the silicone and trigger a foreign body reaction, leading to the melting of the silicone and possibly causing subsequent infections and skin eruptions due to the disruption of the silicone.
