There is no scientific research proving this that I am aware of, unless the pump damages your tissues so much that a scar results. But that damage would probably be quite painful and something that you'd feel.

There would have to be soft tissue injury followed by an inflammatory response to cause scar to form in the breast. The suction pump should not cause you a problem.
I think you should wait about 6 weeks because roller coasters can be pretty rough and jerky. Make sure to wear a good bra as well when you're on them!
