Can a Brazillian Butt Lift be medically necessary?

Question

I have the most grotesque shape from having 6 kids, all CSection, and theres alot of scarring, fat and dead tissue I would like to get rid of ro get my shape back. Is it possible that some butt lifts can be medically necessary? I wish I could win a BBL in a contest or something, as they can cost alot! Anyone need a guinea pig!? Someone to showcase your work on? :) lol

Thank you for your question,The Brazilian Butt lift is a elected procedure therefore your insurance would not cover it. Search for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

As far as I know all brazilian butt lifts are cosmetic in nature and therefore are self-pay.  Insurance will not cover this.

Hi and thanks for the question. The short answer is Insurance will not cover a bbl( fat transfer). They barely want to pay out for what they're suppose to!please, don't let yourself be anyone's guinea pig. Look for a board certified plastic surgeon that likes doing BBLs and don't be fooled by sales gimmicks.Most plastic surgeon work with credit card companies that can approve you for a loan and place you on a comfortable payment plan. This way you can get your surgery with a reputable plastic surgeon in a safe accredited environment. Best of luck!

Insurance will not cover your Brazilian Buttocks Lift  ( FAT TRANSFER) unless it is necessary because of injury or trauma to one or both sides.   Sometime some companies have medical insurance accounts where saved dollars can be used for whatever you want.   Rare insurances do cover pure cosmetic surgery.   Do your homework.   My Best,  Dr C
