Rubbing and using fingers gently to remove dandruff from the scalp doe not cause hair loss to transplanted/non transplanted hair. You may start to gym, heavy exercises, sauna and swimming 2 weeks after the FUE operation. Jogging, running, cycling, trekking etc don't give any harm after 2 weeks of operation. If you plan to spend time outside, you would better to keep implant area away from direck sunlight for a long time more than an hour with a sport cap. You can start to use minoxidil and other hair growth supportive drugs or food supplaments (those contains biotin, zinc, folic acid, methionine, saw palmetto etc) 2 weeks after surgery.
