Veneers for my top 6 teeth?

My teeth have low enamel and I have already tried almost all of the I'm dentist whitening. My teeth are very yellowish and it affects my self esteem and my personal life. Is getting veneers for the top 6 good enough or do I have to fldo upper and lower ? My smile usually shoes 6-8 of my front teeth. The cost is another reason I don't want to veneer all my teeth.

I know you said you did not like the color of your teeth but I would still strongly advise you stick to four veneers rather than six.  When the front four teeth are properly proportioned and restored with veneers yo ge an enormous boost.Six teeth often looks wors than four and tend to shout look at my veneers.  The caanine has a uniqu shape and position becuse it is a front tooth and curves to become part of back teeth.If you want to to  canine it is best to extend to 8 or ten teeth.  If money is an issue four front veneers are more affordable in addition to usually looking better than six veneers.Most well traines esthetic dentists will agree.

Depending on how wide you smile, its generally best to do 8-10 veneers. 6 is never a great option because the canines are where the teeth in your arch take a turn and you tend to get a shadowing effect of the teeth behind the canines if you don't veneer at least one more tooth past the canine on each side. I would recommend at least 8.

If your smile shows 6-8 teeth, I recommend doing at least 6 for esthetic reasons.  If you can afford to do so I would do 8 to complete the look.  I would also recommend doing an in-office power bleach before prepping the teeth to brighten the color of your teeth.  Make sure you do your research and go to a dentist that is very skilled and has a lot of experience doing cosmetic work.
