Ultrasonic xavitation and laser lipo on upper arms - Is a non-alcoholic fatty liver a contraindication?

Hello, I have read that certain body sculpting procedures like Ultrasonic Cavitation with Laser Lipo cannot be performed with people who have non-alcoholic fatty liver. I would like to do this on my upper arms and am wondering if this can be done. Can anyone confirm? Thank you

Cosmetic surgery is best performed on patients with no risk factors or minimal ones at best. Fatty liver is a common condition that can occur on its own normally or is a sign of disease. If your liver function is affected you may have increased risk of bleeding and bruising. If you were my patient I would have you seen by liver specialist, a hepatologist, to check out your liver and ensure that this is not a factor. Would you have surgery or not you should have your liver condition evaluated and make sure that you look after your overall health first and foremost.
