What are the best treatment options for pilaris keratosis?

I have pilaris keratosis since I was a teenager. I tried moisturizers, exfoliating but the red dots near the hair follicle remain on my legs. What other options exist? Laser? Chemical peels?

Keratosis Pilaris is a common skin condition that can be tricky to fully treat. Chemical peels can help by exfoliating dead skin cells which can help reduce the keratosis pilaris and also improve the texture and appearance of the skin. Pulsed dye laser treatments can help remove the red pigment from the skin, improving the overall appearance of the keratosis pilaris. Waxing the hair or doing laser hair removal vs shaving can also help improve keratosis pilaris.
