Is botox safe when you have malignant hyperthermia?

Malignant hyperthermia is triggered in patients by
inhalational anesthetic agents and the muscle relaxant succinylcholine,
although other drugs have been implicated. There are no anesthetic agents in
Botox. Halothane is an inhalational general anesthetic. Botox administration
should not be an issue based on the information you have provided. Advanced

Halothane is an anesthetic. I haven't heard of this being used in years. As far as I'm aware there isn't any of this in Botox, and shouldn't be any in topical numbing creams used prior to some procedures, but to be certain, you should contact Allergan at 800-433-8871, who makes Botox, and ask them.
