Will laser hair remove mustache like shadow under nose? (Photo)

I have a mustache like shadoe under my nose. It doesnt go away after shaving. It appears more in certain lighting. I have fair light pinkish skin so i dont think its melanin. Would laser hair removal get rid of this?
