I had braces as a teenager but I had one incisor that never grew in so my center alignment is a bit off. I have done research looking for solutions but I would like to know if there is any way I can get a good smile without surgery. I am missing an incisor but all of my teeth are pretty tight together. There is no gap for an implant so I suppose what I’m asking is there a way to get a smile with all of the teeth with my current situation? I would like a perfect smile with a nice alignment.

It will be possible to evaluate visually with microscope only if the crown can be removed. However, how far down the crack would be difficult if it is below the gum line. Also pain can be coming from multifactorial causes such as cement wash out, further cracks, or the nerve becoming...
Actually, it is very difficult to see the open margin of the crown , but at least we can see a possibility if there is a part that has caries in that area and is not in harmony with the crown. You can share your x-ray with us, we will evaluate it.
