Invisalign tooth not tracking - Dr. ignoring it. Any suggestions?

Early in my Invisilign process, one incisor tooth was 'not tracking' and the attachment on it did not fit into the corresponding bubble. It needs a lot of rotation. So, the doctor removed the attachment and said she will fix it "at the end" of my treatment. I don't want to prolong the process. Plus, my teeth are currently separated; isn't this a good time to address that tooth? . Can you advise me? I'm half way through my treatment.
