4th course of Accutane?

I took my first course of Accutane at 19 and it was tremendously improved. Life changing to say the least. It seemed to come back again 3-4 yrs later and I took another full course. This happened again at 3-4 yrs later after the 2nd course and I needed it a 3rd time. Now 6 yrs later I've noticed my acne returning. I'm using salicylic acid, Retin A and nothing improves it. My skin has never responded to topical tx. My acne is minor but doesn't respond to tx. Is a 4th course of Accutane safe?

Hi.if you take the directions of your doctor (no alcohol, no pregnant, no high cholesterol...) do the labs and be very careful and disciplined, the medicine is safebut is very interesting you have acne again and again, it make me think you have another condition who made acne appear nowadays...ask for hormonal test, some times woman have little normal variables in their hormonal test than can be the cause of the acne and can be it that are the only one manifestation.In other cases, the substances than the body made for the stress, makes the flare of the acne appear...seek other options for the cause plus the isotretinoine, if not you going to have 5 or 6 cycles...
